Pineapple Upside-down Cake



Ingredients:
  • 1½ oz. of Coconut Rum
  • 1½ oz.of Vanilla Vodka
  • 3 oz. of pineapple juice
  • Small-ish scoop of ice
Directions:
First fill a martini glass with ice to frost it. Then, in a shaker, mix all of your ingredients. Shake well. Empty the martini glass, and strain the contents of the shaker into it. Add a cherry to the bottom of the drink and enjoy dessert in a glass!
