Humus recipe

For humus you need:
·        2 Cups Garbonzo beans (Canned)
·        ¼ Cup Tahini Paste
·        1 Tsp. Ground Cumin Powder    
·        1 Tsp. Paprika  
·        Salt & Pepper to taste.
·        2 Table spoon Lemon Juice                   
·        2 Table spoon Olive Oil
·        Parsley for garnishing
Method of preparation :
·        Drain the liquid from the can & reserve.
·        Blend together all the ingredients to a smooth paste.
·        Add the reserved water if too thick.
·        Garnish with Parsley, little olive oil & serve as dip.
