Ballyknocken House Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 2 tblsp red wine vinegar
• 1 tsp local wholegrain mustard
• 1 tsp local honey
• 6 tblsp extra virgin olive oil
• salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

1. Add everything to a kilner jar or other suitable container and mix by shaking.
